Then, the driver is translating this information into a signal that the LED can understand.

There are different type of drivers in the market. Therefore, lighting control systems had to adapt to all these different type of languages.
So, in order to specify your lighting control correctly, the lighting control professionals need to know:
- “If your LED’s are Dimmable?”
- if Yes, “What type of drivers are they using?”.
If you are not sure, your light fitting supplier should be able to confirm this information.
