Our Lutron Programming Method

Our know-how and attention to detail ensure that your project is commissioned professionally and successfully.  This is summarised as follows:

Step 1- Commissioning

We test the functionality of the system entirely and test each user pre-defined requirement setting.

Step 2- Scene Setting

We work closely with the lighting designer to understand how each room will be used.  This attention to detail will allow us to set the scenes to create the desired ambiance.

Step 3 – Client walk around

So that the client can utilize the system to its full potential, we take them through the scenes and special functions that have been set in each area using the operational manuals made for them.

Step 4 – Fine Tuning

Once a client has used the system for a while, they may wish to make some adjustments.  We can request their feedback to fine-tune their system to their individual needs.

Step 5 – After Care

The use of a space may change over time.  In these cases, a programming visit can be arranged to amend the settings to suit the client’s current needs.
